Because we are human.

- A Bible verse
- Even just a moment of stillness

You don’t need a full workout.

- A few minutes with dumbbells
- Dancing in the kitchen with your kids 💃
👉 Movement is movement. It all counts.

- Give Him your stress, your frustration, your worries
👉 You are not meant to carry it all alone.
